My favourite BTC Poker Grind?

So here goes my second blog entry.  How is everyone going out there in the BTC Gambling world?

In my last entry I said I’d start naming the sites I play at so that’s exactly what I’m going to do.  My first mention is going to be handed too *dramatic drum roll for no reason but to add drama to what I’m about to say next goes too* Burn Turn Poker!

So what is Burn Turn Poker?  Only the best running BTC Poker Site in my opinion that’s all.  Ok maybe not as of yet because they’re still in beta mode just running free-rolls but who doesn’t love free-rolls right?  Can I just add that they’re probably the highest paying free-roll prizes I’ve ever seen when it comes to BTC Poker?  Honestly the prizes available for FREE is usually something you’d win if you had to buy in.  Especially on Friday when they have hourly 100mbtc free-rolls just because of the simple reason; they’re awesome and because they can.  Just for the record, no they didn’t pay me to say this and no I don’t work for them.  I’m saying this on my own freewill believe it or not and hopefully I’ll see you guys there on the tables.

If you do see me please say hi my username is tiakenic.  Also guys and gals if you do join from reading this blog add my username tiakenic in your referral section when signing up (only if you want too of course).

Hopefully when they fully release and finish being in beta the cash tables will be up, running and full of action so you people can start grinding there on a regular basis but for now only free-rolls are getting action which is still not a bad gig.

Well I guess that’s it for my second entry.  Thanks for reading and hopefully see you on the tables at Burn Turn Poker! 🙂

I prefer using BTC for Gambling. What about you?

Yes I’ll admit it!  I’ve definitely fallen in love with BTC gambling.  I’m not 100% sure  as to why exactly but I know it’s most likely a mixture of a few awesome reasons.

The first reason is the convenience of being able to withdraw and not having to provide ID documentation in order to get verified.  I’ve always disliked sending such personal files online plus it doesn’t help with the fact that I’m one of those people who don’t traditionally follow the system anyways so it was extra difficult getting verified at online casino’s in the first place.

The second reason is 1BTC is equal to 1000mbtc and most BTC online casinos use the mbtc measure (not AUD/US) which essentially means you get to play more.  So whether you’re playing poker, slots or sports betting you will have more chips to play with which means more fun for yourself and what feels like to be a bigger bankroll to mess around with.  Just don’t forget to gamble responsibly and avoid being careless

The third reason is more on the Poker spectrum side of things and let me just say that you win a whole lot more than you would at your normal grind eg. Pokerstars/Full Tilt.  Everyone on Pokerstars is a pro player these days which doesn’t help the fact that you’re on a long multi-hour grind only to bust right before the bubble.  BTC Poker appealed to me for the following reasons; first reason is the player pools being much smaller, there are so many fish/donks that don’t know what they’re doing and also knowing for a fact that no one is using a poker tracker software to record your every fold or play feels good too.  The chance of you placing in tournaments at BTC poker sites is definitely increased especially if you’re a mediocre solid player like myself.  If you’re a professional then obviously this doesn’t apply to you.

One of the major downsides especially when looking at your improvements and growth as a player is not being able to learn much nor develop strategies due to the nature of BTC Poker sites.  When going from Pokerstars into BTC Poker my “A” game was evident.  As the weeks went by for some reason I only grinded on BTC Poker sites.  I’m not sure why but I had realised my game slipping from “A” straight down to a “C” when I busted a GTD at Full Tilt going broke over top pair.  Yikes! So try and mix your grind and continue to grind at both type of poker sites if possible.

So anyways, In my next post I shall start naming some the places that I love to grind for BTC playing poker and I’ll most likely add a new place or game every week.

Well that’s it for my first blog entry! Good luck on the grind and thanks for reading 😉
